Booking a Birth Appointment
FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE A TWO STEP PROCESS. THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN ENDORSED BY THE GENERAL REGISTER OFFICE FOR ENGLAND AND WALES AND MUST BE ADHERED TO.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE CHANGES TO OUR NORMAL PROCEDURES.
You must arrive at your appointment time within a 2-3 minute walk of the office you have made your appointment at.
There are no waiting areas inside or directly outside of the building, therefore only proceed to the building when the Registrar calls you and advises you to do so.
Please complete all questions then continue by selecting the submit button at the bottom of each screen, the booking is only completed once the submit button is selected at the bottom of the 'Confirm Details' screen.
Note: if the booking process is not completed and you do not receive a confirmation email with your Booking ID number and appointment details please contact our Customer Service Centre 0300 555 0255.
