Notice of Marriage Booking
By proceeding to make a booking online you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
A non-refundable booking fee must be paid at the time of booking your appointment: £35 per person for a standard notice and £47 per person for a notice with Home Office Referral.
Notices that require a Home Office Referral cannot be booked online, please contact us by email registration@warwickshire.gov.uk to arrange an appointment.
Consideration of divorces granted outside of England and Wales will incur a fee. This will be payable at your appointment as we must examine the document(s) before we can confirm the fee: £50 with Local authorisation at a Registration Office or £75 with General Register Office authorisation.
Should you fail to present with the correct documents at your appointment, you will need to book and pay the fee again in full.
Where you wish to cancel a booking outside of the Cancellation Period you must do so more than 24 hours before your appointment by directly contacting the office managing your booking.
